Cotter pin fell off and got lost in the grass on first use. I guess I’ll have to purchase more pins and store them so I can replace every time one falls off. Requires a socket set to assemble as well, which they don’t mention, the disposable wrench they give you won’t work to attach the handle. Other than that, it worked pretty good.

Good quality and does the job of aerate the lawn. Assembly was easy and fast, took me about 20min to screw all the pieces together. I tried it without sand/rock inside, it does work better when you add sand and rocks for extra weight. It’s surprisingly sturdy and movement is fairly easy. Perfect size any size lawn, but I only have a small patch.

Just purchase this lawn aerator, great little tool, I waited for a rain storm to pass and then used it on soft lawn and it did a good job. I filled it with sand for wieght, so that if I need to replace spines it would be easy to empty and refill.
Only issue is moving it from lawns separated by concrete walk ways
