I saw the reviews regarding this floor cleaner and the problems others had with it prematurely shutting off but this had everything I wanted so I gave it a shot. BIG MISS! Easy to set up but once I tried using it it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. I let it sit for over an hour and tried again. This time lasting less than 5 minutes. Let it sit for another hour and tried again off again in less than 5 minutes. Thats it, Its going back. It really has great potential but obviously has a design flaw. I would call this a floor wood “Polisher” more than a wood floor “deep cleaner”. Had to go over same simple stain multiple times before it finally got it. Too bad, I really wanted to like it..

I have only had this unit a few days now, but it worked fine.
It Cleaned well, easy to control, It’s quite, and left No Residue or ugly film on the floor.
I recommend this unit to anybody.
The only down side is the 30 minutes of on time then 40 minutes of off time, But from what I understand all steam cleaners have this safety function.
