The unit came with the cord severed, and it looks like it occurred during manufacturing / packing because it was a very clean cut. The cord is pretty thick such that if it was tampered it probably would’ve shown more jagged cuts.
Obviously not ideal and so I reached out the sellers regarding this issue. The communication via amazon messages typically took 1 day round trip (like many other sellers on amazon), so I assumed it was most likely overseas in a 12 timezone difference. The messages were pretty efficient and direct so the refund was processed efficiently and quickly. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
