This is a very convenient treadmill. I always thought I didn’t need it because I could just walk out the door and run. But after I got it, I found it was great. You no longer have to worry about choosing clothes and makeup. Whenever you want to exercise, you can just stand on it and walk. How time-saving and convenient. More importantly, it does not take up a lot of space and can be placed in any corner. The quality is very good. The machine starts up very quietly. You just wear your headphones and connect to the app and exercise with different people. You can also see the calories you burned and the time and distance you ran on the display screen at any time. I feel like having this treadmill has made my life more fun.It is a must buy!

This treadmill is not a behemoth, so it fits well in smaller spaces. it is easy to assemble…just raise the safety bar and add the arm attachments. It comes with good instructions and safety features. The cord is detachable, fits into the bottom of the treadmill at the point of the power switch. It is a low noise piece of equipment . The display tracks speed, distance, and calories, and speed is easy to adjust. As far as maneuverability, it is a real treadmill, so it is heavy, and you should have a carpet or equipment pad for it, but a single person of modest fitness can easily move it.

I’m so busy, with full-time work, and taking care of whole-day meals for my three family members. I barely have time to go to the gym. Since I got this treadmill, It allows me to continue to do my kitchen work while exercising every day. Sometimes, I can also walk on the treadmill while listening to live broadcasts at home. Since getting this treadmill, I have spent more time exercising, and running and walking have gradually become a habit. Love it!!

The treadmill has longer walking path on the surface comparing to my old one. It is noiseless when running, the speed control buttons on the touchscreen are sensitive to touch, be careful dont accidentally touch any button when in motion. I am very satisfied that I never had any problems so far and easy to use the unit. Assembling? You gotta be kidding, all you need to do is taking the treadmill out of the box and plug the cable in the outlet as desired. It also come with a bottle of lubricating oil with tool. No assemblying with arm whatsoever. But I did some youtube search about where to apply the oil in this case is the two screws located at the rear of the treadmill. It took quite a time to loose the bolts because the tool is not easy to use. I left it outside in my backyard which could affect the lifespan and functions of my tradmill per google. I have no other suitable place so far. I will find out how it go. Overall, It is great purchase, highly recommended.
