We just put this swing up today. It came well packaged and all pieces were enclosed. The directions were okay, but my husband is good at putting things together and was able to make minor adjustments if things were not shown well. It took about an hour to put together. The holes seemed to line accordingly. There was a very slight crack in one of the pieces of wood. We shall see if this is an issue. Sitting on the swing was fine with two adults of combined weight of about 300 pounds. The swing will fit 3 adults. Since we just put this up today , I will post again if anything changes.
