It has the shortest bolts that have to go into the bolt heads. The metal is warped so it doesn’t screw together without struggling and dropping both parts repeatedly. Once assembled it lists to the side slightly. I would not recommend it.

Doesn’t hold square shape and difficult to assemble with just an allen wrench. Needed rachet for the nuts. Wanted it to pack groceries from parking to house.
