It’s light, but the foam pad is strong enough to withstand a decent shock without causing too much weight. The outer fabric seems to be a quality material, and it can be folded up for easy storage or carrying. In this space I can stretch and exercise comfortably. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Bought this for work as we are climbing under conveyors in the shop to save on our knees. It does a fantastic job due to it’s thickness. Even works great when we need to lay on the floor to do work on/under a machine.
