This is one of my favorite swing seat I ever bought. It was made of metal frame with foam tube covered so that it won’t hurt kids by accident. 40″ is big enough . I am 5’8 and I have no problem play with my baby on it. We had a lot of fun. My two year old also fell asleep on it one day. Very comfortable!
