The assembly process was exceedingly time-consuming. After finally completing the assembly, I discovered that one of the pieces were broken. I requested a replacement part, specifically a zipper replacement, but only allowed me to ship the whole trampoline back. Given the amount of time and effort already invested in assembling the product, I find this resolution disappointing.
