I did my research and knew I wanted polywood material after my wooden patio furnitures rotted and my wicker swing chair fell apart after a couple of years unable to endure the California sunshine. Other similar swing chairs of the same material cost twice as much. I was pleasantly surprised that delivery was so quick and assembly was as easy as described with all the parts required. Having an extra wrench helped with the assembly but it was pretty much 8 screws and you’re done in less than 30 min! I am amazed by the structure of the swing chair, the material is very dense, so beware of the weight. It has the look of real wood but the smoothness of plastic so no splinters. Since the material is white itself, no worries of the coating to ever come off. A heavy duty set of chains came with It but I already had mine from my previous swing chair I was replacing which I bought from a hardware store. Also, it was very well packaged, no damage during delivery and instruction manual was clear & concise. I love my new patio swing chair and will enjoy using it for many years. I do highly recommend this product. My only suggestion for the company is to include an extra cup holder on both sides, one is a bonus but having two would be even better!
