I did not expect that this bookcase to be this sturdy. It took about one hour to assemble (one person), but it was worth it in the end. It will be filled with all my books soon. Very happy with my purchase.

The assembly hardware was old school but went together easily. I suggest that you start assembly by looking at the pictorial instructions and then logically determine the best assembly procedure by looking at the pieces themselves. The instructions leave a lot of details to the wind, study the rear cross bar attachment before you start.

I am very satisfied with the quality of this bookshelf. The components are sturdy and heavy, not the cheap kind. The shelves are also thick. It took less than 25 minutes for two people to install. If I need more, I will buy again
