Packaging was amazing. Each piece was clearly labeled and the directions sufficient. I’m a 70 year old female and it took me about 3 hours to put it together. I’m not sure why all the complaints my guess is it’s not being built properly. Love the depth and height. My only issue is the back upper center rib not being long enough but it’s an easy fix.
