These chairs are a great value for rattan wrapped, steel framed lounge chairs, with most others in the $200+ range and the cushion is a bonus.
I did not find them that hard to assemble as long as you had some mechanical know how. I did 3 of them at about 30 min ea. You only need an allen wrench and 2 are included. The holes don’t always line up, much like any other unassembled furniture, but most of the brackets are in pairs of 2 holes so I used one allen wrench to put through the bracket and frame hole to help align them as I screwed in the first one, then the 2nd screw was easy. The instructions state not to tighten the screws until all of them have been started, again, basic mechanical knowledge.
One box was missing a part so I emailed the manufacturer and they shipped me one within a week.
Overall my wife and I are happy with these chairs.

I love this chaise! It is very sturdy and looks fantastic. It it very comfortable and the perfect edition to our pool side. Only complaint the directions were hard to follow and it was hard to put together. Bonus it will never come apart.
