Definitely sturdy.
Assembly is not difficult, but not extremely easy.
Comfortable to sit on, but I prefer to put my feet on the floor rather than kneel.

Extremely comfortable. I’ve had a kneeling chair in the past that didn’t have padding as thick as this, and it hurt my shins. I can sit in this chair for hours without discomfort. Very sturdy. Fits my 5’3″ frame well.

I have an adjustable height standing desk with three settings. I am bored of the sitting-standing rotation. I bought this kneeing chair so that I can sit, knee, and stand while working in front of computer. Kneeing is really helping my back and core muscles. I also find out a good stretch for the back if I lie on my stomach on the sitting pad.

Pros:
1. very good for my back, better than the traditional chair
2. it comfortable with a large area of soft cushion
Cons :
1. the user manual should be a bit clearer, but overall the assembly is about 20 mins.
