Perhaps I am not smarter than a 5th grader or not strong enough but this high chair and I battle to get the top off. So, I just wiggle my little nugget in and strap him in that way. Also, the straps are just a smidge too loose on him (can not be tightened any further) and his feet don’t touch the foot rest. That being said.. I like the design because it looks nice with the interior design of my home and that the base is sturdy. With to wheels at the front, you would think it would be easy to move but you have to lean it forward which I like… I know my son will be safe. He likes to be in it which is also a plus.
