The customer service is excellent. The chair I bought is very comfortable and of very good quality. The shipping/delivery was free and prompt! Unfortunately, I had to return the chair because i am a bit too big for it. The response to my request for return was rapid and very satisfying (also free to me and at company’s expense). I am very pleased with Costway and I will definitely purchase from them again.
