One of the plastic caps on the feet fell off in transit. The company did reimburse us. We actually decided to take off the other 3 caps worrying our 9 month old might get one at some point and swallow it. It works great without them because we use it on carpet.

Perfect for our “cruising” and climbing 10-month-old, so safe (with supervision) because the seat at top of slide is only 15 inches off the floor. Two steps with good tread. Incredibly easy assembly with only four sturdy 2.5 inch nuts on each side: easy to take apart and store, but very stable when together. So glad I paid the higher price to get this one, it’s a GEM.
