Bought this for my 16 yr old son. The gloves that came with it were too small for him, but they fit mine (mom) just fine. Putting it together was pretty easy. We filled it with water & within an hour it was leaking. My carpet was soaked! I plan on filling it with sand after it dries out. Hopefully that will work better. I was even contemplating filling it with concrete. But we’ll see how the sand works first. I will update later,….

Good quality for boxing and and my wife use it all the time good workout for kickboxing the quality is superb and the body is heavy i put some water on it and no one can lift it. I recomend this product
