Bought a big & tall office massage chair as a replacement for another office chair I bought that constantly popped and squeaked. The Costway chair is pretty easy to put together, but the assembly instructions aren’t great, only thing they should improve!
All in all my purchase here was worth the money. Would deduct 1 star for poor assembly instructions but I got a 15$ refund when contacting customer service, so that was great!

This chair is worth every penny! This chair was easy to assemble because the instructions was very simple and clear. The chair itself looks very nice. It is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in! The chair also comes with different messaging modes and just does a great job at relaxing your muscles while sitting in it during work for hours and hours. Overall, this was an amazing purchase!
