Not only does this shower chair/bench look great, but it’s also sturdy! Easy to assemble, comfortable to sit in and perfect for my little shower.

Even though I had a tape measure in hand when buying this, my mental picture of it was smaller and lighter. Totally my fault. Perhaps the objects the table was sitting next to in the photos (or inside, in the case of the shower) made it look smaller? Regardless, that’s on me. We see what we want to see?
Here it is in my 1950s-sized bathtub. It’s off-white, not bright white. It feels much heavier than the 20 pounds in the description. My boyfriend helped me assemble it because of its weight. But it is SOLID. I can easily see it holding a 300 pound person. Just be prepared that it’ll “live” wherever you want to use it. It’s not one of those lightweight handicap benches you move back & forth.
If you have a big shower, this bench would be perfect. My bathroom is small, so I’ll use it somewhere else. Perhaps on the patio or deck since it’s waterproof. It’s attractive, and worth the money.
It was not easy to put together because we stripped the enclosed Allen wrench. Thankfully, I had another in a drawer. Don’t tighten the screws all the way when you first assemble it because you need the extra maneuverability to make the holes line up.
I would not buy this again because it doesn’t fit my needs. It is good quality.
