I find it very confy. The massage feature works well. I would like it a little more upright but it’s OK as it is. Overall very good chair. It’s a big chair for big people.

Bought a big & tall office massage chair as a replacement for another office chair I bought that constantly popped and squeaked. The Costway chair is pretty easy to put together, but the assembly instructions aren’t great, only thing they should improve!
All in all my purchase here was worth the money. Would deduct 1 star for poor assembly instructions but I got a 15$ refund when contacting customer service, so that was great!

I purchased this chair initially because my other one was failing apart. I looked at a lot of chairs and did a ton of research which lead me to this chair. This chair is extremely comfortable and well built. We appreciate having good products we can rely on.
