    • Fake currency, fake IDs, or any item intended for illegal use.

3. Dangerous & Regulated Goods

  1. Weapons & Ammunition

    • Firearms, firearm components, ammunition, explosive devices, or accessories primarily designed to cause harm.

    • Replica or deactivated weapons may be allowed in certain regions if clearly labeled and legally compliant, but may still be subject to additional restrictions.

  2. Explosives & Fireworks

    • Any form of explosives, fireworks, or related materials that could pose safety risks.

  3. Hazardous Materials

    • Toxic substances, radioactive materials, or other chemicals that require specialized handling or licensing.

    • Extremely graphic, violent content intended to shock or promote harm.

  3. Items Promoting Illegal Activity

    • Products or materials that glorify terrorism, organized crime, or other illicit behavior.

7. Endangered Species & Animal Products

  • Protected Wildlife: Any products derived from endangered or protected species (e.g., ivory, certain furs, body parts).

  • Illegal Animal Trafficking: Live animals or products that violate wildlife trade regulations, such as CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species).

8. Enforcement & Consequences

  • Listing Removal: MedialMarket reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies without prior notice.

  • Account Suspension or Termination: Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of the seller’s account.

  • Legal Action: In cases involving unlawful activity, MedialMarket may cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
