  • Automatic Deductions: Unless otherwise stated, all applicable fees will be automatically deducted from your seller account balance.

  • Subject to Change: MedialMarket reserves the right to update this fee schedule at any time. We will notify sellers of any significant changes via email or platform announcements.

2. Types of Fees

Below is a general breakdown of possible fees sellers might incur.

2.1 Listing Fee (Free until further notice)

  • What It Covers: Administration and maintenance costs for hosting product listings on MedialMarket.

  • How It’s Charged: A fixed amount per product listing (e.g., $0.20 per listing) or free.

  • When It’s Charged: The fee may be charged upon initial product listing or at regular intervals (monthly/quarterly).

2.2 Transaction Fee

  • What It Covers: The cost of maintaining our marketplace infrastructure, customer support, and platform improvements.

  • Fee Rate: [5%] of the total sale amount (including shipping, if applicable). For example, 5% per completed transaction.

  • When It’s Charged: Automatically deducted from the total sale amount once an order is marked as completed or paid.

2.3 Payment Processing Fee

  • Fulfillment Services: If MedialMarket offers warehousing or shipping services, additional charges may apply (storage fees, pick & pack fees, etc.).

  • Custom Storefront Designs: One-time or recurring fees for premium storefront templates, customization, or branding.

3. Refunds, Returns & Fee Adjustments

  • Refunded Transactions: If an order is fully refunded to the buyer, the transaction fee may be reversed or partially reversed, depending on the timing and payment processing rules.

  • Partial Refunds: In cases of partial refunds (e.g., buyer returns one item from a multi-item order), transaction fees may be pro-rated accordingly.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks: If a buyer disputes a charge, any associated dispute or chargeback fees from the payment processor will be passed on to the seller. MedialMarket will communicate these costs promptly.

4. Payouts & Withholding

  • Payout Schedule: Seller earnings are typically disbursed on a [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] basis, after orders are confirmed and any applicable return windows have passed.

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: If your account balance does not meet the minimum threshold ($50), funds may roll over to the next payout cycle.

  • Fee-Related Discrepancies: If you believe you have been overcharged, contact our support team within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement.

  • Platform Determination: MedialMarket’s assessment of fee-related disputes is final. If a fee was charged in error, we will process a credit or refund to your seller account promptly.

  • Version Changes: We may update this Fee Schedule at any time to reflect changes in our services or external costs.

  • Notification: Significant changes will be communicated via email or seller dashboard notifications at least 14 days before taking effect.

  • Continued Use: By continuing to list and sell on MedialMarket after any update, you accept the modified fee structure.
