    • Failure to provide requested information may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Product Listing & Content Guidelines

  1. Accurate Product Information:

    • Sellers must provide detailed, truthful descriptions, images, and specifications of each product.

    • Product listings must not be misleading or deceptive.

  2. Prohibited & Restricted Items:

    • Certain products are strictly prohibited (e.g., illegal substances, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials).

    • Some items may be restricted and require additional documentation (e.g., medical devices, perishable goods, regulated products).

  3. Pricing & Promotions:

    • All prices must be set in compliance with local laws (e.g., minimum advertised price policies).

    • Promotional offers must be genuine and in good faith; deceptive pricing practices are strictly prohibited.

  4. Image & Media Requirements:

    • Use clear, high-resolution images that accurately represent the product.

    • No watermarks, misleading graphics, or unrelated images.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

  1. Order Processing:

    • Sellers are responsible for processing orders promptly within the timelines they specify.

    • Failure to fulfill orders in a timely manner may lead to penalties or negative seller performance ratings.

  2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

    • Clearly indicate shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and costs.

    • Sellers are responsible for updating any changes in shipping policies or carriers.

  3. Tracking Information:

    • Provide valid tracking details once orders are shipped.

    • Keep customers updated regarding shipping status or potential delays.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  1. Return Policy:

    • Clearly state your return and refund terms for each product.

    • Comply with MedialMarket’s minimum return policy standards, which may require accepting returns under specific conditions (e.g., defective items, misdeliveries).

  2. Refund Processing:

    • Issue refunds promptly once returned items are received or verified.

    • Any disputes over returns and refunds must follow MedialMarket’s dispute resolution process.

  3. Cancellations:

    • Sellers must allow order cancellations in 9 hours from the date of Order placement.

    • Communicate with the buyer promptly if a cancellation is requested or if an item is out of stock.

5. Seller Performance & Ratings

  1. Performance Metrics:

    • MedialMarket may evaluate seller performance based on criteria such as order fulfillment rate, on-time shipping, customer feedback, and dispute resolutions.

    • Poor performance may lead to penalties, decreased visibility, or account suspension.

  2. Customer Reviews & Feedback:

    • Encourage honest reviews and do not manipulate ratings or feedback in any way.

    • Sellers can respond to customer feedback professionally but should not harass or threaten buyers.

6. Fees & Payments

  1. Commission & Transaction Fees:

    • MedialMarket may charge a commission on each sale or a transaction fee.

  2. Payout Schedule:

    • Earnings will be credited to your seller account upon completion of a successful order.

    • Withdrawals or payouts to your bank/PayPal/other payment method will typically occur on a set schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).

  3. Tax Obligations:

    • Sellers are responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any applicable taxes on sales.

    • MedialMarket may provide tools or transaction reports to assist in tax calculation but does not assume liability for inaccuracies.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Copyright & Trademark:

    • Sellers must ensure they have the legal right to sell, display, or distribute products and associated images/text.

    • Infringing content may lead to immediate removal of listings and potential suspension.

  2. Counterfeit Goods:

    • Listing counterfeit or pirated items is strictly prohibited.

    • MedialMarket enforces a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit products.

8. Dispute Resolution

  1. Buyer-Seller Disputes:

    • In the event of a buyer complaint, sellers should communicate proactively to resolve issues.

    • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to MedialMarket’s support team, whose decision will be final.

  2. Policy Violations:

    • If you violate any part of this policy, MedialMarket may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

    • Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent bans.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MedialMarket is a platform that facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from products or services provided by the sellers.

  • Sellers assume all responsibility for the products they list and any claims or liabilities related to those products.
