Medial Market accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, bank transfers, cryptocurrency or gift cards from other stores.
All prices on medialmarket.com are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). The price shown on the product page is the price charged for that item at checkout.
Standard shipping within the United States is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Any applicable U.S. sales tax is calculated by the checkout based on your shipping address and is shown in your order summary before you pay. There are no other fees added at checkout.
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You receive an order confirmation email with your order number and the total charged.
If we cannot fulfill an order, or you cancel it before it ships, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for refund timing.
Please enter a billing name and address that match your payment method. We may contact you or cancel an order if payment details cannot be verified.
Payments are processed over an encrypted SSL connection by PayPal, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. Medial Market does not store your full card number.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your card issuer or PayPal may take a further 3-5 business days to show the credit.
If you see a charge you do not recognize or believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us with your order number before opening a dispute and we will review it within 1 business day.
