I’m so busy, with full-time work, and taking care of whole-day meals for my three family members. I barely have time to go to the gym. Since I got this treadmill, It allows me to continue to do my kitchen work while exercising every day. Sometimes, I can also walk on the treadmill while listening to live broadcasts at home. Since getting this treadmill, I have spent more time exercising, and running and walking have gradually become a habit. Love it!!

This is a very convenient treadmill. I always thought I didn’t need it because I could just walk out the door and run. But after I got it, I found it was great. You no longer have to worry about choosing clothes and makeup. Whenever you want to exercise, you can just stand on it and walk. How time-saving and convenient. More importantly, it does not take up a lot of space and can be placed in any corner. The quality is very good. The machine starts up very quietly. You just wear your headphones and connect to the app and exercise with different people. You can also see the calories you burned and the time and distance you ran on the display screen at any time. I feel like having this treadmill has made my life more fun.It is a must buy!

Easy set up. Works great. The only way to turn on or off is with the remote. My remote did not come with a battery, but other than that it was a great buy.
