This was well packaged and easy to assemble as ling as you follow directions. Don’t intuitively assemble! The directions tell you which bolts to tighten all the way but most of them are only partially tight. Don’t worry about it, just follow directions. It works out in the end. Here i am at the end of summer very happy with my purchase, still over 250lbs and nothing negative to report. If i were to need more patio seating, i would buy a second set of this. Bargain!
