I needed a unit for the Chicago seasons. I just purchased this unit on BlackFriday and it has already got to 5° outside. This 12,000 btu unit packs a punch. I only use it for a bonus 12×12 room and the heat is amazing and makes the room comfortable. Easy install, only took 6hrs from a professional because a 230V had to be wired. Purchased the wall mount and cover to protect unit from the snow and insects. Fastest shipping ever from Costway! Wifi and app for Android is awesome!Can’t wait to test the A/C part in the summer!

I’m very happy with my three split units, even though I initially had an issue with FedEx. They failed to deliver all the items and made the process difficult by declining my complaint about the missing outdoor unit. However, I contacted Costway, and they promptly resolved the issue by sending me a replacement outdoor unit. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their customer service. I hope the units work flawlessly after installation, and once they’re set up, I’ll share my experience with everyone about how they perform.
