This 66 year old female was able to assemble the stand with minimal swearing1 It may have taken longer since I did it solo, helped that all the parts were marked and diagrams plain to understand.

Not perfect but close. Solid and sturdy. Nice look. Picture instructions – so take the time to study the picture. Assembly was easy with only a good philips screwdriver needed. Box came fairly beat up and delivery was late. The excellent packaging saved the product inside and perhaps the weather was the reason FedEx took the extra days to deliver. I had this put together in about an 1 1/2 hours from the moment of delivery.
