I’ve had two other (bullet style) ice makers over the past couple of years. This Costway is far superior to any I’ve owned. Crystal clear square ice, and if I empty the hopper when full, it really does close to 40 pounds/day!
Greatest convenience is inverting a gallon size bottled water in the top of the reservoir. With moderate use that lasts several days.
