Wow! I used and abused this beverage dispenser since receiving it in July! After filling this I placed it in the bed of my truck to transport it to my off grid cabin a mile from the spring. Did not leak, break or lose water at any time. This keeps beverages ice cold and is a perfect dispenser for any use. I will address some other reviews that people have complained about the lid. This lid needs to be pushed down evenly. I have had zero issues with the lid, I believe users are not fastening the lid properly causing issues with handles. I highly recommend this 5 Gallon Insulated Beverage Server/Dispenser – Costway. Costway is always eager to have happy customers, products I have purchased have always been package extremely well. I highly recommend @costway as well. I wanted to buy the smaller 2.5 gallon version, but it is out of stock, hoping to purchase that when it is restocked.
