I had an issue when trying to put together the chair and contacted the seller and they quickly replied and helped me. The chair is sturdy and looks really nice! The seat is too hard in my opinion, my bum hurts if I seat on it for too long. But it may be like the seat on spinning bikes that takes some time and pain to get used to it? We’ll see. Other than than I didn’t have issues getting used to the style and seating position.
