The instructions were good and easy to follow. The chair itself is very sturdy and the legs are heavy steel construction. The chair leather is nice and feels thick and the seat is wide and doesn’t feel like you are being squeezed in. The only downside I could say is that it sits pretty high on the lowest setting. I’m 5’9″ and my feet don’t touch the ground when sitting all the way back on the lowest seating setting.

I’ve only had this chair a week, but so far it is the most comfortable I’ve ever had. It is big and heavy and well padded. I am heavy and have trouble finding a chair that is big enough. I like this one a lot.

This chair was packaged well and came with a very clear instruction and it only took me about 30 mins to assemble on my own( a skinny lady). The looks of this chair is great and I find it to be comfortable for sitting at the desk for more than an hour, given I wfh most of the time and need to stay in front of the computer for more than 8 hours per day.
