Super easy to pack and fold. Only thing I didnt/couldnt break down when traveling was the changing station and the holder for diapers. The holder for diapers kinda sucked to be honest. They fall out easily. I bought another mattress to lay my baby down in when I use this as a bassinett since the mattress it came with was way too thin and hard. Pther than that it was sturdy and easy to fold. Plus its not too heavy either folded or unfolded.
