Bought this as a gift to go with the pizza oven I bought for my sister. It definitely takes two for assembly. Nice, sturdy, holds heavy oven well. The locking wheels are a great asset. As are the multiple included hooks. The oven we placed on it has no grip on the bottom, so we added a heat-safe silicone mat to avoid any sliding while rolling inside and out. Plenty space on the shelves for ingredients and the hooks hold her tools.
